Hello hello! I’m Ria, the creator behind the YouTube channel, The Whole Happy Life. Welcome to this year’s life goals workbook. If you’re reading this, you probably want to make 2020 a year to remember. Is it possible? I honestly think it is. If you put your mind to it, you’ll be surprised by how much you can achieve in one year.

I began goal setting in 2015 when a close friend suggested it. The first few years were not effective because we tried different techniques and while some worked, most did not. Much like new year’s resolutions, many of our goals were soon forgotten.

Two years ago, I was ready to make some change. With input from a few friends, I published an action-oriented workbook, the 2018 Goal Setting Workbook. It was something that I was going to share with only a handful of people I knew, but a friend nudged me to share it publicly. Since the workbook’s release, it’s been downloaded thousands of times and I have received many emails from people who have seen it impact their lives positively.

The workbook has made a big difference to my life too! I credit that to goal setting and having a clear vision of what I wanted to focus on. I was able to achieve goals like:

● taking my YouTube channel from 95,000 subscribers to nearly 226,000 subscribers in 12 months
● doubling my business revenue in 2019 compared to 2018
● working through the many issues that held me back – e.g. perfectionism and self-doubt

These are just a few examples of things that made 2019 memorable for me. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have worked on any of the above wholeheartedly if I didn’t set goals with a clear vision and plan.

I hope this inspires you to try setting goals this year! It’s not always easy, so I’ve added an entire section to this workbook that can help you get back on track when you’re struggling. I really hope this workbook gives you the tools you need to make a change to your life and make 2020 an awesome year!
