At Insight Mood & Anxiety Center at Eating Recovery Center, we meet patients where they are and move them forward toward recovery. Whether someone has been in recovery for 40 years or they aren’t even sure if they have a problem, our Addiction Recovery Comprehensive Help (ARCH) program for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) offers a means of support that includes motivational interviewing, education around the neuroscience, talking through behavior swapping and a judgement-free space.

In this video, our addiction treatment experts address the four modules the ARCH program offers: Non-judgmental education, mindfulness-based sobriety, relapse prevention and healthy relationships.

Hear from Linda Lewaniak, LCSW, CAADC, the Regional Managing Clinical Director at Insight, as well as Leah Young (LCPC), Clinical Manager of Addiction Recovery Comprehensive Help Integrated Services at Eating Recovery Center.
